IMPORTANT:        For insurance purposes, all participants must be a member of Triathlon Nova Scotia.  Proof of membership will be required and verified prior to the race by TNS.  For Non-Members:  Race Day memberships will be made available and can be purchased at the event prior to registration at a cost of $10.00.
